When you purchase a Tenant Membership your benefits include member-only events and entertainment including yoga & fitness classes, live music performances, movie & trivia nights, and much more.

Being a tenant member has its perks! Follow the steps below to ensure your family is set up for fun at MetroLagooons!

Start by obtaining a copy of your signed lease from your apartment complex. Only members listed on the signed lease qualify for a tenant membership. 

Qualifying tenants in your household ages 4 and up must be registered to access the Lagoon. Once you have gathered your signed lease, CLICK HERE to fill out the tenant member application form.

Once we have received your application and verified your family’s residency you will receive an email link to purchase your tenant memberships.

  • Unlimited access to your home lagoon
  • Planned member only events
  • 1 Splash Pass per resident member, per month
  • 50% discount on premium seating
  • 20% discount all water activities
  • 20% discount on event space for your private celebrations like birthday parties
  • Early entry on select days. Check out event calendar for days and times

Yes, once you are enrolled in our monthly plan you may pay off the remaining balance at anytime through our call center at 813.444.5221.  Payoff may not be made at the ticket windows.
