Lagoon Resident Benefits

Welcome to the Lagoon Life!

As a resident member, your Lagoon benefits include discounts on rentals and water activities, resident-only events and entertainment including yoga & fitness classes, live music performances, movie & trivia nights, and much more.

Being a resident member has its perks! Your Club benefits include up to two resident members and your unmarried children under the age of 25 who reside with you. All resident members must provide a valid photo ID and proof of residency that shows the qualifying address. Follow the steps below to ensure your family is set up for fun in the sun at MetroLagooons!

Start by clicking here and reviewing the accepted residency documents. The home must be the primary residence, and everyone will need to provide a valid photo ID and proof of residency that shows the qualifying address.

Qualifying residents in your household ages 4 and up must be registered to access the Lagoon. Once you’ve gathered all necessary documents for your entire household, CLICK HERE to fill out the resident member registration form. Your Club benefits include up to two resident members and your unmarried children under the age of 25 who reside with you.

Once we have received your household registration and verified your family’s residency you will receive an email confirming your resident memberships. If you already have a Lagoon membership, there is no interruption to your access. You can still visit the Lagoon as usual, and all you need to do is bring a valid photo ID for checking in.

We’re excited to introduce photo ID capture at our front gates to enhance both your convenience and security. Starting with your next visit, we’ll take your photo and link it to your membership account.

Here’s what you need to know:

Faster Check-Ins: Your photo will make future entries quicker and more seamless.

Preparation: Please remove hats and glasses when your photo is taken.

Privacy Assurance: Photos are securely stored and used exclusively within our admissions system.

Opt-Out Option: Starting January 20, 2025, photo ID verification will be required for all guests. If you choose to not have your photo taken, you will need to show a valid photo ID each time you enter the Lagoon

Hurricane Milton caused severe damage to Mirada Lagoon, temporarily closing water activities. Repairs are underway alongside exciting upgrades like a tiled Cabana Cove pool and a new screen at The Hub.

Enjoy weekly events, food trucks, and entertainment during this time, with free access to Epperson Lagoon for Resident Members.

Exciting upgrades are coming to Southshore Bay Lagoon! While water activities are temporarily unavailable while we do some upgrades, events, food, and drinks remain open to all.

Resident Members can still use their benefits to enjoy free access to Epperson Lagoon starting January 9, including the use of 25 free guest tickets or $5 guest passes.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve Southshore Bay Lagoon.

*Resident Member must accompany guest into the Lagoon and provide qualifying ID. Guest Passes may not be sold, bartered, or traded. Guest Passes are only available at the ticket window at the Lagoon and may not be purchased in advance, online, or through the Call Center.

As a Resident Member of MetroLagoons, you can enjoy special discounts and earn Loyalty Rewards points on every purchase. Separate, voluntary enrollment required.

New Loyalty Program Offers

Now through February, the more you spend, the more you will earn! Resident members enrolled in the Loyalty Program earn even more rewards with food and beverage purchases.

Every $1 Spent = 1 Loyalty Point

For every 100 loyalty points, you will receive a $25 reward to be used towards future food and beverage purchases.

For every 500 loyalty points you earn, you will receive a $50 reward!
