Lagoon Membership Qualifications

To obtain a Lagoon Membership, you must first qualify as member in one of our following communities.

Resident Members – must be a homeowner or private home renter in our qualifying communities.

Beach Club Membership – must be a resident of a BB Living single family home.

Tenant Membership – must be a resident of the Sentosa and Beacon communities.
